I got a tax credit for $500, more than I would have gotten if I tried to sell the car myself, restaurant voucher for $200 in savings, 2 night stay at a hotel. My rep D. Sullivan was great, returned all my calls promptly, answered all my questions, and as he guaranteed,...

Heritage For the Blind - Very easy

The customer service agent was a little abrut at first because he thought I was looking for a large amount of money for my car after that everything went smoothly. The towing service was very courteous. All in all it was a good experience.

Heritage For the Blind - Untrustworthy!!!

I donated my car back in December 21st of 2017. I was told I would get a tax form within 2 weeks, it's now February 7th of 2018 and I have not got anything. I spoke with Heritage for the Blind and they told me they would email the document and the vouchers but I am still waiting. I call back 3 times and each time they hung up. They are a Very shady organization! Do not donate to them!

Two weeks after donating my car (big mistake!) and still no vouchers. I called their "customer service" number and they pretended to take my email again - still no vouchers. It's a scam. Donate somewhere else! They did tow my car, and, I'm sure, sold it to a local lot....
