My parents donated an old vehicle to them and the SAME thing happened to them! They had to pay $14.95 to the "Redemption Center" to get it all started for the "2 night hotel stay".
They tried to reserve a room in San Antonio, TX and they COULDN'T FIND a hotel that would accept the certificate. It was just a bunch of BS they had to go through to just get jipped in the end. They have you send them money and they don't pull through with what they say. ALL in ALL I would NEVER recommend DONATING ANYTHING to them!!
Who knows what they are REALLY doing with the vehicles?
After all that, they tried sending them "FUN REWARDS FOR YOU" which they had to go to RESTAURANT.COM and print out CERTIFICATES for certain restaurants that were listed on there.TO TOP IT OFF, when we would go to the restaurants to redeem the certificates, NONE of the restaurants PARTICIPATED in the program and said they NEVER agreed to being a part of that.
